This was my 3rd Orange SIM purchase and my 4th from TSIM. Following their instructions I never had a problem. It just worked. I learned a few things along the way. My first trip to France I followed the directions and it worked. I only used it for data and it was flawless. My next trip was to the UK so I bought a UK3 SIM. I needed to make a call almost immediately on arrival and it wasn't working. I contacted TSIM on my phone, which was working for that, and resolved the issue quickly. (The answer is in the latest instructions they provide: use the country code at all times). This spring I went on a river cruise in Portugal and into Spain. I enabled my phone on landing in Paris and called my hotel in Porto with no problems. It was perfect the whole trip. I just returned from Italy. I purchased this SIM with some reluctance since Orange isn't a provider there. No problem. It roamed on the major providers there. It worked in Rome, Florence, Piza, Venice, Assisi, Sorrento, and Capri. And this time I used the function to check my balance. Use your dialer and punch in #123#. In a moment it will display your date, minutes, and texts. In 12 days I only used 1GB of my data. We always used WhatsApp to communicate no problems. I've read reviews where the complaint is Orange only wants to speak French. If you have an issue, contact TSIM like they ask in the instrutions. Use the chat and you'll never have a problem with an accent. We'll be traveling next year to Belgium, Germany and Switzerland. I plan on getting the Orange 28 day SIM from TSIM. I have trust issues but these guys and Orange have delivered every time. I'll be sure to update the review if they fail. Update July 2025: Just returned from Europe again. Used a 12GBx30D SIM and 30GBx30D eSIM. Both worked flawlessly. From Bordeaux France through Belgium, Netherlands, Germany (Up the Rhine river) to Switzerland. No Intervention ever required. The SIM worked as usual. Install the SIM and turn the phone on once you land. It takes a short time to discover the network but was functioning while walking through CDG airport. The eSIM requires WiFi to load from the QR code (duh). I should have install that in the states before leaving but it worked perfect once installed. I had all 30 days and a ton of left over data. I'll stick with the 12GB plan next time since I didn't use more that 3GB in the 30 days we were there. I don't upload much and we use WhatsApp to communicate back home. Used Goggle Maps plenty too. Highly recommend.

The esim for outgoing call is not work on Iceland, the data ok, received call ok but not outgoing call, first of all, when I landed to airport, The data is no problem to connected, it is ready to go for use the data. However, when I headed to BSI bus stop and try to call the local tour driver come to pick me up, I found the put going call not working. I TRY to keep contact the seller, and seller keep asking me to re- setting up, try different number combinations , and also screenshot the outgoing page to him for to verification. I did everything what he said, however, still didn't work out and missed the tour of my first day, and I need to out of pocket to paid the taxi to rejoin the group. My trips was 5 days long, the seller and I used up for 5 days for keep just only setup the phone, although I very grateful the seller does't mind to keep teaching me only for setup for 5 days long, but it is also ridiculous for me because how could go wrong only for setup the esim and make the call, all I did were just follow their activate hand box for step by step to connect the data also the service carrier. If anything can go wrong, then is the instruction go wrong. I used up my first 4 days to clear the mess, but not success, the last day the seller still keep asking me to resetting. I think Really, I need to leave the country already, you still teaching me setup step. Are we should thinking out how to partial refund maybe more reasonable? 🤔 So, honestly if you going to Iceland and need the outgoing call, don't buy the card, it is really headache. Other EU may work fine, but not the Iceland.

This SIM physical card is waaaaay better than an e-sim card. I have used both and this tops it no matter what. I love the fact that this card can be removed from your phone as if nothing happened. E-sim cards are glitchy but the physical SIM card never fails. I used this card while in Paris for over a week and it was PERFECT. I had no issues and I was using google maps and searching for attractions and restaurants on the go. I will definitely use this again. I highly recommend this card.

This is our second trip to Paris where I tried to install a Sim Card to keep phone costs down. Many YouTube posts make like it is so easy and the Orange instructions also seem so simple. We had a strange situation where I installed the card in my phone and it worked but also spoke to my wife's phone making it malfunction and inoperable before I could install her card. Concerned that there was a problem beyond our tech abilities and we didn't want to be phone-less in France, I took our my sim card and went back to our ATT. I really wanted the Orange to work for us and am very disappointed.

I bought this card for a 10-day trip to France and I had no issues connecting it and getting it to work. The data and the call quality was great. No problems at all and I'll definitely buy one of these again next time I travel to Europe.

The TSIM did not work, and the technical support was not adequate to resolve the issue. It was a waste of money.

Perfect for a Month in France.

Amazon購入後、数日で全て英語の説明書が一枚とおまけの電源プラグ（日本のコンセントをフランスのコンセントに切り替えるもの）が送られてきた。メールは来なかった。しかしながら、説明書のeSIMアクティベーション（日本語対応）のためのサイトをAmazonの注文番号を入力すると、注文したeSIMの内容の確認とQRコードが得られたので、問題はなかった。日本でeSIMをインストール、パリに着いてからeSIMをオンにすると、後は何の設定もなく普通に電話、SMS、ネットが使用できた。アクティベートした事を知らせるSMSはすぐに来た。 さて、パリで電話番号付きのeSIMはとても役に立った。Navigo Semaine（空港含むゾーン1-5が1週間乗り放題）をスマホで使えるようになる。これはフランスの+33から始まる番号が必要なので、本来はフランス国民向けなのだろうか。空港までの往復だけで€13✖️2=€26である事を考えると、€32で乗り放題になるのはお得になります。ガイドブックでは写真を用意するように、と書いてありますが、スマホの自撮りで大丈夫。飛行機降りてから、歩きながらNavigo Semaineをアクティベートするまで、あまり時間かからず、ロワシーバス乗り場に到着するまでにはすべて終わっていた。また旅の途中で、航空会社に電話しなければいけない突発的な事も発生したが、電話ができたので事なきを得た。パリ滞在では必須のように思う。 総合的には非常に満足であった。

Esté SIM fue una excelente opción para nuestro viaje, visitamos 5 países y en todos tuvimos excelente cobertura y datos, estuvimos 14 días usando redes sociales y el maps principalmente y no nos terminamos los datos. El único consejo que les daría es que lo activen la tarjeta SIM en cuanto lleguen a su primer destino no antes para que no tengan problemas. Cuando se cambien de país y no les agarre los datos solo reinicien el teléfono 😉 10 de 10!!
