Put simply, my daughter loves it. Easy to change the lights (which are surprisingly room filling without being overly bright). You just need to provide your own charger block, whatever 5W USB-A you have on hand, although you might need a longer USB C to A/C cable than what is provided. This one only includes a 3 ft / 1 m. I would normally prefer to see 6 ft / 2 m replacement on top of a dresser or whatever. I did find it. It’s easier to gently lift and tap it on the floor/furniture to change the light rather than trying to finger tap the light. On the hand, it has survived being yeeted to the floor by her baby brother multiple times.

Great night light or for on the go. It is soft, has many colors, and stays on for 1 hour, does not need to be charged often.

Brighten it just enough to see what you're doing without fully waking him up. Change the diaper, dim it back down, and he's out again. Dark bedrooms make midnight changes impossible. Full brightness ends sleep for an hour. This hits that sweet spot perfectly. The USB and battery flexibility means it charges at home easily and travels without fussing. Grandma's house, hotel rooms, wherever bedtime happens—we bring this and he settles faster. The build quality is genuinely solid. Constant toddler squeezing, occasional drops, regular use—this thing just keeps working. No parts breaking. No fabric tearing. It's built to survive actual parenting chaos. Very cute and works well with its plug. My downfall is the battery compartment. The screw to open this was damaged and we are unable to put in batteries so works great only if we can plug it in
