What a time saver!!!! Great Product
This device is simple to use, simple to navigate the various settings, and has saved me so much time and backaches. The only issue I have is opening the manual to get to the QR codes to adjust the settings is a pain, especially if you need to be changing settings regularly, but that is just me nit-picking. This is a great scanner!

Good scanner!
Make sure you use usb a to usb c cable. Usb c to usb c doesn’t work! Great customer support.

Mediocre Product and support .. at best
Very limited in what it can scan compared to others in the same category like the Tera for example, very limited configurations again compared to Tera or the (slightly larger) KUIIYER Mini Bluetooth Barcode Scanner, Support is a joke ! You've to register to even get the user manual or any guides let alone drivers ! Bottom line ... not worth the money.

Easy to use but.
Easy to use, but it lacks a battery level indicator. Not having this feature makes it challenging to estimate how much wireless time is left. Overall, it’s been working great for my needs. However, I do have a couple of concerns: Firstly, its small size makes it easy to misplace. Secondly, the absence of a battery meter leaves me guessing about when it needs a recharge. It's small size or both a plus and minus :)

Good scanner
These are awesome. Hardly any dropped scans and good refresh rate!

Many Issues
The product won't sync well and when it does it drops connection. The charging port is the old micro usb ( The oldest Model Port). Overall it looks compact. If those 2 issues are resolved and maybe the charging port to use USB-C I would say it's a good handy product. Possibly they sent me the defective item. The seller has reached me to send me a replacement. I will update this review once I get the NEW replacement. UPDATE: Seller has reached out to me and provided me with a courtesy device. I've tested the new one and have t had any issue since. The updated model also has USB-C Charpprt.

Works as intended
Works very well, only thing weird is the hide keyboard for iOS without having the ability to turn off that feature.
