Many 12706 and 12715's on the market are under-powered because the thermoelectic material is very expensive and it's a fast way to reduce chip cost, is to use less thermoelectric material. First time replacing one of these. Was very easy and a perfect replacement for the stock cooler. Cooled wine cooler faster than original. Watched a you tube video to make sure installed in right direction. I believe it was label side is the cold side.
