Great oil keeps the rust off them expensive measuring tools, when i ordered it was out of stock with amazon but when it was available amazon (pre order) they sent it at such at good price so can't fault A+

Great oil, terrible seal
This is a great oil, but the seal between the bottle and the spout is terrible! Easily fixed with a few wraps of PTFE tape, but definitely drippy and messy before I took the time to do that...

Ultrafine Tool Oil
If you use machinist's tools you know the value of a fine oil for lubricating moving parts and protection of tool surfaces from rust or corrosion. Starrett makes the finest tools, and this oil keeps them working and looking new. Good in the kitchen too. A drop on a scissor joint, or a drawer slide, an oven door hinge, or a mixer motor shaft keeps things nice.

Best in class, "thinnest" around.
The best in class but you might find others close or equal to this. That said, I don't think it's possible to get thinner or better, at least not without a specialty license.
