Still can't figure out how to work it

I gifted my best friend a 360 photo booth for her birthday, and she’s obsessed! She had a minor hiccup setting up VIP access for the app, but support helped her out immediately—super responsive. She said setup was easy, it comes in a convenient carry case, and she’s already planning to add it as a service to her business. On a scale from 1 to 10, she gave both the product and the customer service a solid 10! So glad I got this for her—nothing better than a gift that delivers and comes with great support.

I bought the 22 in, but will likely purchase another unit that has a larger platform. It super easy to put together and get it working. I reached out to the seller several times and response times was impeccable. Catherine had excellent resolution and customers service skills.

Takes a bit to figure out how to connect the app to make it work once you get it working it’s great. If you contact WhatsApp they are very helpful.

Helpful when contacting about what battery packs were needed to run the machine

I brought this and returned it. Not as big as they show in the pic. It could barely fit 2 people. There was no option for me to do the logo customization. They take long to issue a refund.
