Cyntexia Desktop PC Review
Loved the product. Each and every instruction about installation was crystal clear for even a layman to do everything by himself. Also, the after sale support is awesome. For the support to reach Kolkata from Gujrat it took around 5 minutes. Fantastic product at a very affordable price, excellent Remote support. Keep up the good work.

Good Product
This is the second CPU we are buying from this vendor. The price charged by the vendor is very reasonable. The amazon has delivered the product on the date mentioned on the product page. The packing of the product was too good. Till now we do have no problem in the product. We use network in our office. The network set up was a challenge for us. The other machine was not being shown in the network. We could not connect to the other computers. Then we had to do some research on the youtube and got the problem solved. The vendor may provide a note on how to connect to the network and also various settings to be made in the CPU to connect to the other machines. Other than this no issues with respect to the CPU.

Good product. Great customer service.
Been using this for last 6 months and very satisfied. Arrived in excellent packaging and good customer service support for any help with installation (I exchanged a few messages on whatsapp - note: the power cable is inside the box). Performance obviously depends on configuration adequacy for the type of applications - I use regular memory guzzler apps like MS Office Teams and Chrome and they work fine (no high end gaming for me). Well built with fan being a bit noisy - enough USB ports, though sometimes the webcam and wifi-dongle (not included, and from other manufacturers ) seem to have issues. I connected with the Cyntexis helpdesk today after 6 months for some windows support and got very prompt response on whatsapp. Good customer service is what takes the cake!

Poor quality. Bought two desktops. Both became dead within a few weeks.

Awesome product, worth for the money
Super fast machine, all pre installed including office, just plug and play. Perfectly packed, on time delivery, nice and quick support by seller in WhatsApp. Highly recommend this product and seller. This pc does the quickest Start and shutdown I have used in my lifetime. Running heavy AI tasks and small local models too, it is working nicely.

All components are of zebronics brand performance is very good no problem at all also good and promt service support and this product is delivered in sturdy packing by cyntexia for gamers please go for graphic card model and for home and office use no need of graphic card good cpu at reasonable price I have 2 display connected to this cpu works very smooth no problem at all lastly for wifi use dual band tplink wifi adaptor for long range and high speed
