Will small fit a size 0-2 petite person?

I am size 4-5. The medium fits nice a snug. I cant say for sure how the small would fit.

Is the crotch cotton?

The crotch is the same material as the rest of the panty. 89% Cotton, 11% Spandex.

Do these have that weird visible butt line?
