Thank you for the questions. It is pure as it is obtained directly through a mechanically pressing process from Cellina and Ogliarola olives. It is suitable for vegetarians.

Q: Hi, is this olive oil cold pressed?

Both Cellino and Ogliarolo olives are cold pressed in the Frantoio Verde Bio. Verde Bio is jointly owned by 13 partners and it is equipped with a modern Pieralisi mill where the malaxation temperature is always kept below 27 C degrees. All modern mills are cold pressed in Italy.
