The child plays with this toy outside and really enjoys it. We also take a small bubble-solution container with us to refill it if needed

The item came in a box that was destroyed and taped up. When starting up the wand it made a deafening grinding sound and immediately stopped working. It never dispensed even one bubble. I’ve initiated a replacement, so I will update my review when I get a product that works. Update: Got the replacement! It works really well. My daughter was so happy! So many bubbles.

My 2 year old loves bubbles! Bought this cute wand for her for Christmas, along with a large bottle of bubbles to refill it with. The wand was a HUGE HIT! That's all she wanted to play with Christmas day. After intermittent periods of use, on day one, it wouldn't blow bubbles when held vertically (as intended). It had to be laid/ held horizontally at a 45° angle in order for bubbles to blow out. It worked for a day or two after Christmas, when laid on its side. Then we didn't use it for a day or so. On new years eve, we got it out to use and it won't blow any bubbles at all. Which really saddened my 2 year old because she loved it and she'd cry out "my bubbles" as I'd try getting it to work again. Complete waste of money if you ask me. And no, she wasn't abusive with it at all. Ask she did was wave it side to side and lay it down when she was done with it.
