Love this Gel builder. Amazing for beginners or I believe someone more experienced. Not sticky easy to build and dries pretty fast.

Works great, tried other brands, and they dont hold.. if u want to remove after a week DONT BUY THIS BRAND... IT LAST!! GREAT PRODUCT!!

I just did my nails yesterday and I absolutely love this product. I have a clear I wish I would’ve got the pink, but I just been having issues with color and I wanted to just keep it simple and hopefully the clear would have worked better and it did like I was able to just really manage how much I put on I did have to buy my own brushes to paint on the builder gel, but it was such an easy process. I love the way it. it’s solidified my nail I feel like my nails are really strong now although this is just yesterday that I did them they feel like they’ll be long lasting so if not, I’ll probably change my reading but so far I really really appreciate them. They look so good And it was just really easy to apply. I had to repair one of my nails and it came in thick I was able to make a nice thick layer over my nail and it was just really easy to manage super grateful for this product.

Really liked this product. Great consistency to maneuver. Easy to work with for yourself and easy to clean off before curing. No harsh smell. The only complaint is heat spikes. It was strong with this one lol but they didn't last long when I would do simple flash cure with the flash lamp as far from my nail as i can before I put it in the big lamp to do a full 60 seconds (I also then personally add another 60 but thats just me).

This product is much stronger than normal clear gel. Perfect for weak nails that need extra support.

So I’ve been painting and taking care of my nails since I was around 11. I’ve always kept them nice and went through seasons of salon acrylics during high school and then later on gel polish. I don’t now what my hang up was in buying my own gel polish set up, maybe the price? I believe at home gel lamps are exponentially more common and cheaper than back when it was new. I dye yarn for a living and my hands are often wet and even the best quality regular polish just can’t stay nice long because wet nails are softer and bend and then it chips and it’s downhill from there. When my baby was born, now toddler- that was the first time in my life since I was little that I wasn’t painting my nails and I was 39. Finally during this pandemic I had a real moment one day and got a little mad where I said “You know what screw mascara and buying all the salon nail stuff too!” I went with natural looking false lashes and declared no more with the nail neglect. Pretty nails make me feel like I’m at least trying even if I’m picking up goldfish crackers off the floor 50% of the time. It’s a self care thing. ALLLLL that to say that the pandemic led me to want to DIY the gel polish and wow I didn’t even know hard gel existed until YouTube learning. I needed something to combat the wet hands from my job. I got a $16 LED lamp here also and even an efile for refills. I bought this IBD gel and thought it was going to look terrible but was willing to try. I just wanted a hard overlay on my own nails. It was so easy. You have to be patient but anyone can do this. I owe it all to IBD’s great product. I use the IBD clear builder gel first and then the non builder clear gel for my apex but you don’t need both. Learned about apex along with everything else I’ve learned from Liz at Nailhub on YouTube. Go watch and leave a comment that some weirdo blabber mouth in an Amazon review sent you. -IBD is great. The price is great. If you take the time to watch videos and how to create great adhesion and prevent lifting then you will eventually have to refill them because they have all stayed on so long and grown out. BUY IT. and maybe some chrome powders and glitter. Life is too short not to do exactly what you want with nails and exactly what I want is sparkles ❤️ Nails look white here because I have white gel polish UNDER the hard gel so I will know when to stop using the efile and soak the rest off. I choose to do this until I am comfortable with my efile skills because I don’t want my natural nails affected. At all.

I'm now doing my own french gel manicures at home like everyone else. This is the gel they use at my salon so I know this is a quality product. I used this both as a builder and a top coat and my first home manicure came out pretty good. You do need to know how to sand down and prep nails for a fill (you also need a bonder for a fill) and also to sand down the new layer of gel before you apply your colored polish. Instructions and demos can be found on YouTube. This stuff is easy to apply and you can work with it and move it around if you have a good brush. I have read some reviews about this product where people say they can't get it to harden under the lamp and that it stays sticky and will not completely dry. The trick is to wet a little piece of paper towel with rubbing alcohol and go over the nails after 2-3 minutes under the lamp. The alcohol will make the gel rock hard and smooth and shiny. This gel as a top coat is the shiz and after 7 years of manicures with this, I can say my nails rarely chip unless I do something really stupid. I have natural nails and I have never needed acrylic tips because this stuff is so strong. My real nails grow out super long and never break. Highly recommend this product!!! Think I'm done going to the salon if it's this easy to do at home!!
