It came vacuum sealed and fluffed up when the package was cut open. It was soft with no rough pieces, which is exactly what I needed! Smells great, with a wonderful pine smell.

Yes it was well at first I thought it wasn't enough.But once you break it up, it turns out to be just enough for 2 sections of bedding for the size of tank that I have worked out perfect

We are so happy with this bedding for our hamster. It is light and fluffy and keeps the odors away much longer than the wood shaving or cardboard/paper material. We will definitely buy this again.
