They state that the cheapest version had a 33 foot cable , but it was only 22 foot long. Buy from honest sellers .

You can put the handle on either bolt. It changes the gearing so that one way winds in the cable slower, but I t is easier to move heavier loads. The other way winds in the cable faster, but it is harder to do.
