This pillow is firm, and incased in a beautiful protective covering. It is a little too firm for my liking but I do love a firm mattress. It feels great but tends to firmer the longer I sleep on it. I would definitely recommend for those who love a firm pillow. All in all it is a great pillow but not outstanding for me.

I bought this pillow after I got a stiff neck, and it is super comfy and practical. If you have a short, thick neck and wide shoulders like I do, I strongly recommend it! Just be sure to pay attention to how to use it—just like in the picture and you're good. Spending a little money on health like this feels like such a great deal.

This pillow is doing it's job! Been in extreme pain for 1.5 weeks, chiropractor didn't help, been popping pills to take edge off. This is after using a different specialty pillow, was too high, jacked my neck up. Usually rolling a towel up under my neck will take care of my problem and be MUCH better the next AM. Not this time. Bought this pillow, laid on it for about an hour, I felt a tiny bit of relief. 2 days have gone by now, and I'm doing even better, few more days, I'll be in the clear. This pillow is the perfect height for me and provides much needed support for my aching neck, as I'm a side sleeper.

Product is good. Material and fabric is awesome. But i give one star,i feel its not comfortable for me. But other than its so good.

I bought this to replace a significantly more expensive pillow I’d purchased 10+ years ago. I knew I liked ergonomic pillows but was skeptical of things that seemed like a good deal. This one outdoes my old one and for a fair price. There’s a little bit of weight to it to suggest some substance but not enough that you would injure someone in a pillow fight. It’s firm but not too much - it certainly isn’t hard. The two sides being different heights allows for finding what is most comfortable and keeps your head in the ‘valley’. When I tossed my old ergonomic pillow I used a standard one for about a month and my neck pain was very noticeable. By the second night with this one it went back to normal. A pillow isn’t going to be a miracle worker but it helps, worth a shot if you’re having pain or posture issues. Don’t know why I’ve seen other reviews discussing the smell but it’s fine - I followed the instructions and let it fluff up for 24 hours and I can’t smell anything out of the ordinary.

I had to 'boost' it with another pillow under it, but so far, I have found it to be very comfortable and cool. Hopefully my neck will not ache so much now.
