Product is nice and also fabrication. Best result get on well ventilated zone. Air throw is fantastic for a medium size hall/room.

This review is for Crompton Ozone Royale 75lt cooler. I went for this after waiting for the availability of optimus 65 or 65I (preferred) for couple of weeks. +ves + This reasonably priced air cooler is capable of effectively cool about 300 sq feet drawing hall with a good air through felt at a distance of 20 feet and more. + Build quality seems good. Can't say how easy is the disassembling and assembling when needed to be. + Horizontal swing is sufficient. + Humidity control is useful. + Short manual but with enough necessary information including circuit diagrams. + Delivery experience is swift and as scheduled. -ves - Unfortunately and surprisingly, there is no visible knob or any lever to move the louvers up and down. So, the air deflector strips are to be moved individually. Or, may be I'm missing it. - Very few minor but definitely not superficial scratches present at one edge. Clearly the marks of rough assembling/fitting of one side panel. - Seems high demand and low supply this summer as the product frequently goes out of the shelves.

build quality - 4.5/5 very good build quality. i have another 30 lts symphony hicool. the plastic on that one is really really hard and tough. and it kind of feels like compact. this one is not like that. this is also heavy and tough, but because of the size, it feels light first it's size. so do not worry even after you buy thinking that it is not tough. it is tough bitt it's size makes you think that it may be is fragile. Cooling - 5/5 the adjustment between low and high is good to set up humidity level, which is nothing but cooking capacity. Usability - 5/5 if you can some how get your cooker plugged to the power source and the a water connection, it is the best thing that can happen in a summer. there is ball valve kind of thing that makes the water filling automatic. First use 3/5 everything is great but the first use wil throw you off because of the smell from the brand new honeycomb mesh that gives thr cooling. this is minor as it would reduce add you use the cooler. Maintenance - 5/5 the auto drain feature is a big surprise for me it makes it very easy for such a huge water tank of 75l. you would love it.

Cooler from cooling and performance wise is totally good. After delivery I turned cooler on and saw Side and Back pads not getting wet entirely, especially the back one ( Watch Video ). I Issued a complaint in Crompton service centre and they resolved the issue within 2 days Free of Cost. But the thing is that this is “Jugaad” kind of thing. Problem was in design i.e. the water spray tray is bent downwards from centre because of no holding point made available by the designer in centre but at the extreme points only, causing water not to flow to the sides as sides are at higher level. Think of it as like a “Bow of BowArrow”. So what service agent did is basically remove the padding from back panel and shifted it a little bit upper side so when back panel is closed the padding will push tray from middle to upper making tray straight. This is a design fault in most of the coolers as many people complain about the same thing and what company is doing? If you ever feel such kind of problem just return it.. no need to get it fixed temporarily. What if the padding gets soften from top with time and tray again gets bend? Also what is the point of adding this piece of plastic in the lower side ( see photo ). It makes so difficult to move cooler as it always struck my feet. It’s just unnecessary thing. Also i cannot see wheel locks because of this plastic piece. Also wheels don’t function properly after getting dusted, which is inevitable, even after filling cooler upto full. The auto cut water filling coupling, on which you put on pipe leaks water. I have tried it with different pipes but still it leaks. I have to use the front side manually. No use of automatic water cut thing. Also one out of the front grills started getting loose causing it to bent down automatically. I am just keeping this because of performance. Low water mode is good thing in humid environments. Fan throw is good.

Excellent, the water was leaking from the joints call the service center immediately next day they were at doors. They cleaned the gap. But next day again same issue so called them again This time the guy drilled a hole left side. As he noticed right side hole was present but left side the hole was too narrow that the water is flowing out. From that no issue found. Thanks for excellent door step service.
