I’m so impressed by the machines ease of use and also large hoop size. Other machines with hoops this big were much pricier and as a beginner, I wasn’t prepared to make a big investment yet. The Poolin eoc-005 has definitely won me over though. I especially loved all the accessories that came with the machine and the printed setup instructions. And the customer service is exceptional. I’ve actually never had customer service this good after buying a product. I tagged Poolin on my first embroidery project and they immediately reached out and offered a call with their engineer. I’ve never had a company proactively reach out to me! And today, when I had some difficulty with my next project, they immediately responded with helpful videos and asked how to help.
