I bought the anklet, which came with a ring and the necklace because the magnets are part of a holistic approach to better health and healing. In my mid 60's, I don't want to become limited or riddled with pain due to inflammation and this stunning jewelry is part of my wellness protocol. At night I place the ankle bracelet around my water bottle to magnetize (rearrange/optimize) the water molecules. The bracelet was too big when it arrived, but the tools, instructions and links to instructional videos are all provided so you can adjust it to the right size. I was surprised at how easy that was to do! Everything is not just beautiful, but well made and surprisingly weighty, giving a very real sense of quality. The craftsmanship really is top notch. I've had the jewelry for about a month, now. I wear it daily, when I am gardening, working out, sweating, washing dishes... I've not needed to clean it yet. It still looks amazing! I get compliments all the time on the necklace when I'm wearing it out and about. I personally love the look of ankle bracelet, necklace and ring - they're all very comfortable and obviously working because joint pain and swelling is rare! Highly recommend!

The shiny copper is so beautiful! I had to take 2 links out for it to fit me and it's very sleek and smooth to the skin. Very comfortable. I almost want one for my other ankle. The clasp is hard to open the first time and I really thought I was gonna have to return it. But I went back and watched every video I could find and I figured it out. I have chronic sciatica that keeps me up at night when I have done to many things during the day. I'm gonna keep my ankle bracelet on and hopefully I can get some kind of relief. To be continued....

Don't try to adjust
Really loved it, but it was too big. When we took links out, pins wouldn't stay back in the anklet. Don't take it apart or it's toast.

Is it really copper?
The anklet is heavy, the stones & magnets appear to be attached securely, but I believe this anklet isn't solid copper. The copper looks to be brushed or painted on at each link. The clasp is hard to manipulate on and off.
