These arrived in a very well sealed bottle, with an expiry date of 2026, so very fresh. Capsules were normal size, easy to swallow and had no aftertaste. The bottle was jammed right to the top with capsules, so yay, hate it when bottles are too large for their contents and you get a half empty bottle. Liposomals are supposedly the most absorbable way to get any Vitamins, and VitC is one of the most popular using this method, so you absorb more than usual. Apparently we only usually absorb a certain amount from what we ingest, smokers and the elderly absorb even less. Liposomal format helps out here, as it makes sure you absorb a lot more of what you ingest. I have no way of knowing if this is true, but the research claims it is, so I will trust them on this point. Although I have had liposomal VitC before, including some really pricey ones, can't say I noticed any significant difference, but others claim they most definitely can. This is a very reasonable price for a Liposomal and is a good dose. You need to take 2 capsules in order to get the 1000mg serving and this will give you a 3 month supply so it's terrific value.

Llevo un tiempo tomándola y, la verdad, estoy muy contento con el resultado. Buscaba una vitamina C que se absorbiera bien y que no me destrozara el estómago, y en ese sentido esta cumple de sobra. Lo que más me ha gustado: - Es liposomal y se nota que se asimila bien; no tengo pesadez ni molestias digestivas ni nada raro. - La dosis diaria está muy bien: 1000 mg al día repartidos en dos cápsulas, más que suficiente para ir cubierto. - El bote trae 180 cápsulas (3 meses), así que me olvido de estar comprando cada dos por tres. - Las cápsulas son veganas y sin cosas raras: sin gluten, sin lactosa, sin soja, sin colorantes ni edulcorantes y sin estearato de magnesio, que para mí es un puntazo. - Está fabricada en España y con buenas prácticas de fabricación, cosa que también da tranquilidad. - La relación calidad–precio me parece muy buena respecto a otras marcas. Lo que menos: - Hay que tomar 2 cápsulas al día. A veces si estás fuera se te olvida tomar la segunda. En definitiva, para mí es una vitamina C muy completa, cómoda de tomar.. Yo, por ahora, repetiré sin dudarlo.

Man kan ta en hög dos utan att man får ont i magen. Kom också ihåg att C-vitamin måste vi tillföra kroppen regelbundet och som behövs för att få ett bra immunförsvar.
