Kings Brand Red 6-Slice Toaster Oven- Toasts Bakes Broils Grills Roasts & Warming Oven

Had product for 3 months Son and I was talking about what would make our lives easier to prepare meals and he said a toaster oven. We looked this up on Line and immediatelly purchase one for him and myself. We both just love it. It cooks food fast, bright red is great for my kitchen decor', and the tray was there and it was easy to slide the rack in and out. Knobs are big and clear, great product.... No complaints! It was delivered in a strong box, good instructions on how to use, and came very fast to both of us.

This is a very nice toaster oven. I read a lot of complaints about people having to watch their toast so it doesn't burn. Really?!!! These folks have some issues in my opinion. Everyone should watch their toast, even in a regular toaster, because if it gets caught it can start a fire. Do they have someone else butter it for them too? Just asking. Yes, this is a fast-paced world, but sometimes it's a good idea to slow down and let the food settle before jumping into the traffic on the interstate. I have put a full sized pizza into this toaster oven and it did a wonderful job. Not to mention that I wasn't heating the entire kitchen by doing so. It does get a little hot to the touch, but not dangerously so, which is why I gave it four stars. I've made several 'touch' tests to be sure. It could burn a child slightly. I never had my knob break off, but again, a gentle twist and slowing down might make a difference. Kids are hard on everything, so they might over-twist and break the knob, but it would take a LOT of twisting to break it off. The red color is awesome as all my appliances are red, but fashion is secondary to the performance, and I've had perfect toast, pizza, garlic toast, or reheated burritos every time without a single burned item. I just don't see any issues with this product other than getting a little warm on the outside so I would recommend it to others.

OK, so I'm a girl, so I like things that are cute and colorful, which is why I chose this oven. I LOVE the red color, and it's not "boxy" looking like a lot of toaster ovens are these days. I got this in the mail just a few days after I ordered it - thanks to the seller and Amazon for the quick delivery! I haven't used it yet but I'm sure it will be fine - I just wanted to put a disclaimer for anyone looking to purchase it - there's no warranty that I can see in the instructions that came with it (no other paperwork), and I can't even find anything about the company (Kings Brand) online. So I bought this at a great price, knowing there was a risk it may stop working in a few months and I wouldn't have the luxury of a warranty. So I wanted to give everyone else the heads up that if a warranty or company reputation is important to you, this may not be the best option. But it has a lot more features than others in its price range. The one thing I noticed is that the tray doesn't pop out when you open the door, like my previous KitchenAid toaster oven did, which was a neat little thing so that you didn't have to reach too far in and risk a burn. But honestly, that's not a big deal at all. And it only has one rack, whereas the previous one I had used two racks so you could cook up more at once. But again, those are minor. I'm still giving it 5 stars for cuteness and I can always adjust it if I find it's just horrible to use, but somehow I think it will be just fine. It seems pretty straightforward!

I bought this toaster oven for it's size and color (all our small appliances are dark red). The color perfectly matches Kitchen Aid's classic "Imperial Red" color. It's very important to let it run for 15 minutes (as per instructions) before cooking or toasting anything for the first time. It released some smoke, but this was normal and never happened again. It was worth it, because everything we have done cooks great and quick. Toasts bread very evenly too. If you are toasting 4 slices or less, put them in the middle a bit closer to the left side, so they toast more evenly. Takes about 5 to 6 minutes for a nice even toast. If you use the "Stay On" control for toasting or cooking, there won't be any ticking sounds, which at first takes some getting used to. Sides get pretty hot to the touch. There's a sticker warning, but we should know that anyway. Highly recommended.

This toaster oven is great. So far I've made meatloaf, potato skins, fries, toast, veggie casseroles and much more. Haven't used my big oven or stove top since this arrived. Love the color - great compliment to my kitchen. It did arrive on a Thursday missing the bake tray. Thanks to Ashley, Amazon CS and Joe from Kings supplier I had the tray by the following Tuesday. GREAT customer service and communication from both. Unlike some reviews, had no smell from the oven the first go around. Perfect size..fits on that special spot on the countertop. Very roomy inside cooking area. In the process of adapting all my recipes for use in this toaster oven!

Nice appearance, has held up well in my travels. It worked well for about the 1st year, at which point the "toaster" function stopped working. So I use "bake" when I need to "toast." Otherwise very happy with this purchase, and would have given 4-5 stars if the toaster function hadn't gone out. I once baked brownies in it successfully, and have used it to cook many meals rather than heat up the whole big oven for little old me.

It works fine but the top got extremely hot so I could not use it on my kitchen counter as I had intended, I was afraid it would damage the bottom on the cabinets. If that is not an issue for someone, then I would recommend it, it works fine and it is very stylish looking
