What is the difference from premium and royal model?

The royal/blue is made in Japan and sharpening is excellent than other model. I love this model very much. Well worth it!

In the description it says includes desk clamp...has anyone received the metal desk clamp with theirs? My metal also came detached

Mine did not come with the desk clamp

Does the sharpener change sound when the pencil tip is sharp? (Can you know that it is done?)
