It is single use only. I’m not sure about compostable or biodegradable.

Does 1 size fit all and how do you put them in

No one size does not fit all. They were far too big for me. Btw I’m not like a 20 year old or something. I’m 33 and generally use super plus tampons. It was too big for me I got it to sit but it wasn’t comfortable at all too big. Easier than a cup to insert imo
