Just what I was looking for. Great quality

I have not used for emergency fire escape from 2nd floor porch but if we ever have to or if we decide to test after Halloween I will update. We are using for our skeletons to “sneak out” from upstairs porch but the ladder seems safe and sturdy. I wrapped the top part around our banister and then clipped with the attached silver clips. It seems to be okay but I feel would need to see about weight of a person climbing down.

This is definitely a rope latter so it takes more strength to use. In the case of an emergency might not be the best option but I love mine to get up and down my aerial apparatus

I bought this ladder for my brother who lives in a 2nd floor condo. He has a balcony to which he can easily attach the escape ladder with one click. Ladder can also be secured to any immovable object in the room from which you need to escape. It is very reasonably priced and is made of high quality material.

I purchased this because I was looking for a lightweight option. It will be attached to eye hooks under the windowsill in each of my children’s second floor bedroom. It is very cheaply made with lots of frayed areas. The runs do spin, which is not ideal. However since the purpose is to be a fire escape ladder , we hope that it is never used and if it is, it is only used one time. It is sturdy enough for one time use.

The rungs aren't as secure as the last ladder I bought. They slip out of the blue ends and feel less stable. Used for a treehouse.

Adquirí esta escalera para un plan de contingencia en trabajos en alturas, su material es muy bueno, hay que tener cuidado con bordes filosos ya que es textil, lo único que no me convenció del todo y recomiendo cambiar son los mosquetones, de allí en fuera cumple muy bien con su objetivo.

Lo usé una vez y se rompió un escalón. No está bien hecho.
