I Love This set!!! I get neurological pain and discomfort. The worst part is that when it gets so bad, that no matter what I do, I cannot stop the sensations, and I am not able to rest or sleep. It feels like I have something on/in me that I need to rearrange or remove, but there is nothing there to remove. It’s extremely frustrating, to say the least. I Found Help!!!🎉 Now when I start to get these sensations again, I right away use this set in different combinations throughout my day and then I am able to sleep at night peacefully. Hallelujah! I love the quality & the design. Between the different sizes of main mat, the small mat, the lumbar pillow and the neck roll, I can arrange in any combination, sitting, laying on back, on side with legs up in sofa, on floor, on chair, on sofa, etc. making it super functional & adjustable, a perfect tool! It’s nice and thick and hasn’t gotten matted down like other cheaply made ones do. I am very pleased with this purchase and I recommend it to anyone looking for pain & neurological relief. AMAZING for back pain and relaxation. I’ve never had the name brand PM one but I can’t imagine this is much different. Kinda hurts at first but then you get all warm and tingly as your body relaxes. Great to use right before bed to help with sleep too! I love the storage bag that it comes with, I always travel with it!

Great quality but aggressive pressure points.

Does it hurt? Yes Is it worth it? Also yes I easily lay on this for 8-10 minutes and my back and neck feel so much better and it helps me relax before bedtime.

Takes a bit to get use to, but it helps!
