You cannot use this for a whole nights sleep if you are a side sleeper. Good for a short rest and gives sufficient support to the neck.

The pillow looks like one of those expensive cervical neck pillows but after 2 week of using it, I can be sure that it just isn’t the same. It’s extremely uncomfortable to sleep on and gave me a stiff neck. After 2 weeks I decided to order a tempur, as I spent last 2 nights twisting and turning trying to get a comfortable position.

Pros: - Soft - love the contour shape - pillow case is really silky and comfy Cons: - Small (I’m 5.5 1/2 woman and the size feels small for me even) -Too thin? I feel like it needs to be thicker to work correctly. - Hasn’t helped or gotten rid of any neck or back pain from sleeping.(Not expecting a cure, but I expected a little relief) Overall: Honestly if you’re not a child, this pillow probably won’t do much for you. It is soft and comfortable, but it’s too small to do what it really needs to do. However, this is a comfortable pillow still, especially just having it behind your back while sitting up watching tv or something. And I really do enjoy the shape and contours, I just think it either needs to be a bit firmer or thicker to actually provide the relief it’s supposed to. But the contours have definitely helped with my breathing since I don’t have any pillow in my face. I don’t put another case on this pillow either because unless it’s made for it, a regular pillow case is highly annoying and uncomfortable on it with all the extra fabric. So the product is almost what it needs to be, but falls just a little short. I’ve been using it now for months and I have had no change in relief to my neck, shoulder and back pain or headaches from sleeping.
