Build quality is very good, except wheel quality, since I feel wheels need some improvement. This chair is very ease to assemble. I must say that Da URBAN customer support is very responsive, helpful, and active. A customer representative contacted me through WhatsApp and acted immediately to resolve class 4 gaslift issue with chair. Customer support really impressed me, 5 stars for Da URBAN customer support.
