Does exactly what they're meant to
Great for pain relief with injection.

Handy, effective, but not durable
Excellent product for cold or heat treatment of smaller areas. If wrapping in a towel, though, take care not to crease the outer edges or they soon start to leak and have to be thrown out.

Good product but you have to use several in an hour
Nice size for small area icing but only last 20 mins max.

Cool but not freezing
These arrived next day. They don’t get super cold or stay cold for long hence my 3 stars. If you want something which gets cold and you use for 10 mins this is good - maybe for your eyes...? But if you want something which freezes and gives off very cold relief this might disappoint.
