This gaming headset is awesome, it looks stunning with the LED and it sounds good I could compare the sound with mid range premium gaming headsets from premium brands like astro, Logitech or steel series, what really stands out for me is how quickly it connects to the PS5, how solid is the connection better than my steel series, sound quality they have a really good range and it can really translate what's going on in your surroundings, steps, voices... I would strongly recommend to turn the soround sound off it's built with ok materials around the headband and the adjustments its made of plastic and aluminium, the earcups are made of mostly plastic and the LED shine's in the dark without being too distracting battery life it's ok and it charge's via USB type C, for the price it is Great and I would recommend, the only thing that would have made this headset perfect is that the earcups don't hinge inwardly apart from that they are a solid 8.5 out of 10 taking in consideration the price and that they are PS5 wireless compatible out of the box

My son got these for Christmas 2023 and after months of gaming, the microphone stopped working. The customer service were very quick and efficient to troubleshoot and eventually sent out a new pair. He’s been very happy with the sound quality and comfort and the cool lights make it even more fun!

I've been using the EKSA E1000WT headset on my PS5 since December 28th, 2023, and it has greatly enhanced my gaming experience, particularly in Call of Duty Warzone, where being able to hear footsteps clearly is essential. Unfortunately, after nearly a year of careful use, the microphone a crucial part of online multiplayer stopped working due to a design flaw. The frequent movement of the mic up and down created friction in the internal chassis, eventually severing the mic cable.When I reached out to EKSA about the issue, I was met with outstanding customer support. The representative, Shelley, was exceptionally responsive and professional, demonstrating genuine care for my satisfaction. Instead of making the process difficult, she focused on quickly resolving my issue, arranging for a replacement headset to be sent right away.Though I had already ordered a new headset (the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7P), Shelley went a step further, engaging me in a thoughtful conversation about potential improvements to the design of the EKSA E1000WT and future models. If you have an issue with the bluetooth/ usb dongle not working in one of the ears, just contact ESKA and they will be very helpful in sending a replacement. The actual product works great, has great sound and mic, even through bluetooth. Though it might feel a little tight on your head when you first get it, it gets really comfortable after a while

Sound is good and even has surround sound but the mic is iffy my friends struggle to hear me half the time might have something to do with the wireless bandwidth I'm not sure.Also after long usage it becomes very uncomfortable on my ears and I would say I have very average size ear haha
