Not at all recommended, the actual weight is 7 kg and quality is also very poor for this price range
The 7.5kg dumbell is actually 7kg on weighing machine, the quality is not at all deserving 2k for a pair. Please go for other options having stainless steel weight from some other brand. I would not suggest these... extremely disappointed.
