Brilliant, works for cramps. Must get
Bought for my mum who was getting terrible cramp every night in her legs. It was recommended by a nutritionist. She took this and her cramps eased from the first day she took it until gradually they have stopped completely. It works, highly recommended. Get it!

Good for magnesium absorption
Revives me quickly from low energy. A good source of bio available magnesium. I keep coming back to this one.

Doesn’t taste very well and more expensive than similar products
I bought this because I ran out of BioCeuticals Ultra Muscleze. Even though it has a similar formulation, this one tastes A LOT WORSE and it’s A LOT MORE EXPENSIVE. It still does the job of a high tier magnesium supplement though, which should be expected at this price point.

This actually works
After several years of night time leg pain and back ache my daughter ( a mountain leader travelling the world) recommended this as her Herbalist had prescribed it for her aches and pains and she experienced relief. Doubtful I ordered it and have taken it for almost a week and I can’t believe the change! Already relief from restless legs and lower back pain. I have never taken supplements as I believe that a healthy diet is the key but I’m converted to this already!

This stuff is amazing, especially for helping against cramps. It helps nearly instantaneously for me. It also has me feel more energized, and with less muscle pain. Only drawback is that it's pricey. I bought this in stores in Australia for a lot less.
