Hasbro Gaming Monopoly Indiana Jones Game, Inspired by The Indiana Jones Movies, Board Game for 2-6 Players, Ages 8 and Up

At first when I read other reviews I was reluctant to purchase when customers complained about game-boxes being badly damaged but mine was gladly pristine. The board is awesome, very attractive and properties are all familiar from the original trilogy. A couple notable villains will make you chuckle that represent the traditional Luxury & Income Tax spaces. The houses are spiders, the hotels snakes and the traditional Chance is Fortune & Glory and Community Chest is Traps & Chases and are quite humorous with movie references. A twist are four metal artifacts & cards (Holy Grail, Shankara Stones, Ark of the Covenant, Golden Idol) on the board you can collect which offer definite financial bonuses. The player pieces are also metal and represent things like Indy's whip, Fedora, the motorcycle etc. The snakes & spiders are plastic. All the metal & plastic pieces are very tiny so beware if small kids are around. There also is no money tray which is disappointing. Overall I think this game is everything I could hope for and I can recommend.

Monopoly might be everyone’s least favorite game because of how long it takes but we love it. My son is a huge Indiana jones fan and loved how they incorporated so many details into the game. We play this multiple times And have fun each time. All the pieces were in the box, the quality of the game was great, and the design was nice.

Fun game but should of had doggies and more hotel things and houses and cash

Fun take on monopoly-a little hard to grasp the first time playing but has become a go to for game night in my house. It’s definitely a quicker play than regular monopoly which is good when you’re not ready to make it an all day game day.

Perfectly designed fun for different ages. A new family favorite.

I got this as a birthday gift and its so fun! Love that its Indiana Jones themed with all the original movies (no Crystal Skull or Dial of Destiny) locations and villains. The mystery and treasure cards are very fun to read with movie quotes tossed in. There are also special artifacts that sit at different locations on the board for players to pick up and use. Just a fair warning - open the white paper bag carefully! I didn't know what was inside and turns out its all the loose playing pieces including fake SPIDERS! Definitely gave me a scare upon first opening. Instead of hotels/houses, this game uses spiders and snakes (you upgrade spiders to a snake). Overall, its a very fun variation!
