brilliant brace, not someone who writes reviews at all. This product is high quality, and it works by adding targeted pressure to the lateral and medial epicondylitis. it has improved my grip significantly and i am very pleased with it. just be aware that this will only work if your injury has calmed down and the pain has settled.

This was recommended to me by a table tennis friend as I have been suffering with tennis elbow - he had done some research and tried a few other brands but found this to be the best. I ordered one and have used it on several occasions - very pleased to say it works very well - would definitely recommend.

I have been struggling with elbow pain for some time and the symptoms appeared to be tendonitis. The McDavid 489 strap provided instant relief from the constant pain in the lateral aspect of my elbow and also the shooting pains in my forearm and hand. : )

For tendonitis, both sides. Just works.

It's really just a strap. The basic size is not adjustable and it's pretty small. All in all pretty useless.

Very small bought for my wife and it is nowhere a medium thus more a 12 years old little kid size very disappointed and had to wait over week. Now I ve got a very expensive piece of fabric.

Doing a lot of weighted excersises for Calisthenics I got an injury at my elbow (golfer's elbow syndrome) and I had to considerably reduce the volume and intensity of my training..after that I've been recommended from my physiotherapist to buy a hand/wrist splint support/immobilizer and wear it during the night in order to keep my hand in the rest position and to allow to all my forearm tendons to rest..that helped me but I wass still experiencing pain during my workouts.. later a friend told me about this dual pad elbow band so I decided to give it a try...now after 3weeks that I'm using it I can tell that it really works! I can workout without feel any pain and doing really tough excercises..of course I'm avoiding those that were too bad like all the supinated holds...being sad that I can tell that using the Mc David dual pad band in combination of the hand/wrist splint support it's helping me to heal from the golfer's elbow syndrome.

Returned the item as this is badly made. It is not comfortable at all with the seam rubbing on the arm.

Prodotto eccellente, annulla completamente il dolore dovuto all’epicondilite, l’ho acquistato su consiglio di chat gpt e devo dire che ha rispettato a pieno le mie aspettative, in precedenza avevo acquistato un’altra fascia di quelle che coprono tutto il braccio ma é stata del tutto inutile niente a che fare con questa. Ho scritto questa recensione perché penso che possa essere utile ad altri che hanno lo stesso mio problema, non dico che é la soluzione completa, ma aiuta per un buon 80% nel trattamento. (Va calzato bene 2-3 cm dopo il gomito e il cuscino interno deve poggiare sulla parte esterna del gomito, sul muscolo)
