It Can Quickly Heal Pulled Muscles
In my 72 years on this planet I had never pulled a muscle in my leg, so I didn't even know what a shin splint ice pack was. Then it happened ... I pulled a muscle while exercising ... and I was dealing with a lot of pain in my right calf. My doctor examined the injury and suggested I get a shin splint ice pack. The first time I took the ice pack out of the freezer and wrapped it around my leg, I thought it was too cold ... for about five minutes ... then I realized that my pain was ebbing away. I was told to freeze the ice pack, then wrap it around my calf for 20 minutes at a time, every two hours. I followed those directions, and within three days, my pain was gone. The NEWGO shin splint is well-made, with straps that easily wrap around the ice pack and keep it in place. I hope I never have to use it again, only because that would mean I have been injured again, but if I DO have a similar injury, I will be very glad to know that I have this shin splint. I was going to add a photo showing the ice pack around my calf, but it looks exactly like the photo on the website, except his wrap is on the right leg and mine is on the left leg.

Great Buy!
I've been having problems with my feet and legs swelling and the doctors suck and their only answer is to wear shoes in the house and wear compression socks. 🤬 God forbid they ever go a little further to figure out what the hell is going on, right? Well I bought bought ice packs that were for ft and they velcroed and I absolutely love them but they weren't enough. I needed to do something about the swelling in my calves as well and these are absolutely perfect and they were affordable.

Great fit and works well!
Great adjustable fit on lower leg and stays cold just the right amount of time (and may frost up a little on outside after initially putting on). Zip lock bag provided a bit big but does help keep food odors away.
