I have to say this product is very good! - takes a bit of time and there are very good instructions included with all the tools you need. We only had a very small chip but now you cannot see it! - Literally it has gone! took about an hour of work in total but this was only as we had never done it before and wanted to do the best job! - it is well worth the money and I am very pleased

Very pleased and would recommend this kit which I used to repair a chip (about 2cm across and up to about 5mm deep) on the edge of a corian work surface. The corian is off white with a grey marble effect running through and I had thought maybe the three colours would allow me to recreate that sort of look. Couldn’t do that as the grey was too white but the ivory was an almost perfect match. As the chip was quite deep I built up the layers, drying it off in between each layer. This also meant that the first layers were a trial of the colours knowing they would be covered up by further layers. I also dealt with the horizontal profile edge separately from the vertical profile edge by doing it all in layers which gave better results by focusing on each profile separately. I created my own curing strips from clear tape, leaving some sticky either end so I could tether it while it was curing as it was on the edge. Used very little of the two that weren’t a match and had plenty left of the ivory match. Only problem I had was that I squirted the polish everywhere - which happened because it wasn’t restricted by an applicator nozzle and as I had been using the filler for the previous hour while building up layers and I foolishly used the same pressure on the polish. So be gentle!! I’m also surprised it says to store the fillers with the applicator nozzles on, rather than putting the original tops back on to fully seal the tubes.

Worked brilliantly saved the cost of replacing a sink. Small but decent sized chip, built up over 3 layers, can barely see the repair.

I dont usually leave reviews, but this kit is amazing. The edge of my quartz worktop, which is less than a year old, took a bad chip in the sink cut out from a pot. This repair took about 10 layers and about and hour and half of patience to cure each layer, but the results are worth it and you can't tell the chip was ever there. My worktop is saved,

My white quartz worktop got a small chip after a family member dropped a weighted coffee tamper. I sent for this before resorting to calling in a repair company. Following the instructions methodically this was repaired and is now invisible by sight and touch. Soooooo impressed.

Does what it says

Bought this as it was more expensive than most and thought it would be good stuff. It is not, it is no more than white expoxy that cures under UV. It does not have the ceramic hardness to polish to a glossy finish. It says on the packet to cure for 7 – 10 mins. I left it on for over an hour and even though it had cured, it was like car repair epoxy, ok for painting over but not hard enough to polish to a shine. Would not recommend. Will look for a more ceramic type repair product in the future!

Mixed pure white and off white together and got really good colour match, used the clear strips to keep filler in place on chipped edge of worktop, filled chip, shone blue light on filler for five minutes, rubbed filler flat with two grades of sand paper and was blown away with the result was perfect. In all it took me about ten minutes to complete.

Hat man diesen getroffen, was nicht ganz einfach ist, aber am menschlichen Auge liegen dürfte, kann es losgehen. Mit dem Spatel wird die Masse in das Loch gefüllt. Ich habe eher zu viel aufgetragen, dies war aber nicht schlimm. Im nächsten Schritt drückt man die Klarsichtfolie auf die Masse und zieht alles mit dem Spatel glatt. Ist alles glatt baut man aus der LED und der Faltschachtel ein "UV-Zelt" zum Aushärten des Acrylklebers. In der Anleitung steht etwas von 10 Minuten Beleuchtungsdauer. Ich habe die Lampe zur Sicherheit 30 Minuten angelassen. Danach entfernt man die LED und die Folie. Überschüssiges Material am Rand habe ich mit einer Rasierklinge und dem beiliegenden Schleifpapier entfernt. Ist alles glatt und bündig wird mit der beiliegenden Polierpaste die geklebte Stelle auf Hochglanz poliert. Je nach dem wie gut man die Farbe getroffen hat, sieht man den Defekt danach nahezu gar nicht mehr. Aus 50 cm Entfernung ist mein Fleck unsichtbar. Ertasten kann man ihn auch nicht. Die Reparatur ist inzwischen 2 Monate her und der Kleber hat sich nicht verändert, trotz Kalkreiniger usw. Ich bin absolut zufrieden und kann das Set sehr empfehlen!

Difficult to get an exact color match, but the product filled the chipped area of our quartz counter well. Directions are pretty straight forward. Filled mostly first go round, used blue light that is provided in kit, sanded, and repeated until surface was even with original. Kit comes with three colors; white, oyster white, and grey white. You just blend them to attempt a color match of your white countertop. If your countertop isn't white, then this kit isn't for you. Kit also includes small wooden tongue depressor, 3 pieces of sand paper, clear plastic strip to help get material flush with surface, alcohol wipe, and some flitz polish. The clear plastic strip needs to be wider. I just cut mine in half with scissors and butted them together, one on the edge and other on the top surface. There are other kits about half the price of this one, but it does work well. Durability will have to be tested over time. Compared to the cost of a professional countertop repair I'm sure this kit is much cheaper. Takes about 3 minutes or so to cure with the blue light, but it is pretty fluid as you attempt to install. That's why I did multiple layers. Just be patient and take your time. Material has the consistency similar to liquid paper or whiteout. Had I been able to get an exact color match, you wouldn't know it was ever damaged. Surface feels just like original after sanding and polishing. Even though color isn't exact, you can't tell a difference when you are about three feet from counter. I did try to contact the local quartz countertop dealer, but they said they couldn't send anyone and weren't sure when they could get back to me for a repair, due to employees being tied up on installations.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto per riparare una scheggiatura sul bordo superiore del mio piano cucina. Beh devo dire che è eccezionale ho riparato la scheggiatura facilmente seguendo le istruzioni allegate (non ci vogliono particolari abilità se non un pochino di manualità e pazienza ) e trovando anche il colore perfetto visto che il prodotto che ho preso io ha 3 tubetti (bianco grigio chiarissimoe grigio piu scuro) che miscelati tra loro ti fanno trovare il colore giusto. Ho sfidato i miei familiari a trovare la scheggiatura ma è letteralmente scomparsa. ovviamente penso che il prodotto è valido per piccole riparazioni. La quantità di prodotto è più che sufficiente per più riparazioni e può essere conservato per 18 mesi dall'apertura. Straconsigliato

Une amie de la fille avait poignardé un paquet de fajitas avant de les mettre au micro onde. Il y avait des impacts. J’étais écœurée ! Un plan de travail sur j’avais payé cher pour qu’il dure longtemps… Avec ce produit, qui marche très bien, il suffit de trouver comment pousser le bouton et la lampe reste allumée, cinéshop très facile.
