Unlike other weights it doesnt hurt the ankle. Straps and cubes are soft.You can reduce the cubes as required thats the best part.Color is perfect shade of pink, i didnt find any issue with the product.It adds to weight loss definitely but is not significant.

Individual capsules cannot be slipped off and small-wristed people might have trouble finding a secure spot on their forearm. I’ve used the ones you get from medical stores, those were too big for me and the weight for hurting my ankles. This one looks chic and fits well.I’ve it a few times so far and am happy with with it. If you are looking for light weights then this is perfect. Can also for wrists, dual purpose weights.

The velcro doesn't stick well and falls off. The weight easily also slips out of the strap.
