Sewing machine ease of use
Very good customer support system . Mr. Raviraj Suryavanshi gave a very good demo of the operation of the machine explaining every detail and all the possible problems that customers might face along in a very polite manner. We are very satisfied overall .

Decent
After using it for quite a few times I feel it’s a decent product for beginners. The only thing that holds this product from getting a 5star rating is that the thread keeps getting cut off very frequently. The tension adjustment is really a task to set it right otherwise, Its a decent product .
