Can you pee with these in?

You can pee and poop while wearing a soft disc. It is not the same as wearing a cup. It is designed to be inserted much further inside than those menstrual cups.

Do they self empty themselves when you potty like the original Flex brand of discs?

I think so. If you are skilled and know how to do this, then I would say yes haha. I am still learning with the discs but I definitely think you could. Try and pack and see what you think. It’s nice to be able to throw these out instead of cleaning and reusing.
