Review: Doesn’t work out the box - Updating my review to 5 stars. Had an issue with my gift for my daughter. By the time she plugged it in and realized it had an issue, the return window had closed. Thought it was going to be an issue but I was happy that wasn’t the case. Customer service was great. They tired some troubleshooting to make sure I wasn’t missing something and when all suggestions were exhausted, they sent me a shipping label and quickly sent out another PC. This one is working great and my daughter loves it. Thank you to the wonderful people that quickly helped make the purchase right!

Updating my review to 5 stars. Had an issue with my gift for my daughter. By the time she plugged it in and realized it had an issue, the return window had closed. It is already excellent and can run "Fortnite" and "Arc Raiders" very well. The fan noise is low and it doesn't get hot. The speed of loading all the content is very fast. I'm really so happy.
