Angle Grinder Holder

Works as it should. Good craftsmanship, good quality.

Looking for a way to mount my side grinders on the wall and get them off the workbench. This does a fine job. Easy to install and handles the weight of two grinders with ease.

I currently have a Griots garage G9 which I keep mounted on this when not in use. I hung it on my garage wall and looks great with my polisher hung on it HOWEVER be mindful that it barely clears the G9 meaning it will barely clear a 6 in backing plate. If using for a bigger polisher it will most likely not work. When I end up buying a smaller 3 inch polisher I will most likely store it there as well.

The size fits my Milwaukee grinders very well, including the wrench holders. It could be a bit more robust as it would probably deform in an industrial setting due to its only strength is from the two 90 degree bends without any reinforcement. The handle holding holes are a good thought but not sufficient for the handle to be held upright and secure. One of my handle has a 10 mm thread and would not fit the hole and had to be drlled out. In order to secure the handles and make them easy to remove I bolted a threaded rod coupler to the top of the holder and threaded the handle into that for a secure and easily removable solution. Mine is in use in a home shop and only by me so i can be careful not to bend the holder by handling the ginder(s).

Good Qality

I used to keep both of my small grinders in an ammo box, large with dual handles and all of the wrenches and etc were inside with it, a big mish mash of stuff in the box. This is now situated at my grinding area and houses both of the grinders, the tooling, etc. It has really benefitted me in the shop as it makes them much more usable and also opened a section up in my cabinet for other things other than the big ammo box.
