If you want the HIGHEST quality item money can buy SMEG is the item you should buy. This is such a fancy and beautiful item. Afer we use it we leave it on the counter because it is such a BEAUTIFUL item. Can't wait to buy other SMEG items.

You will love it.
My hotel room in Copenhagen had this kettle, even though it's Italian, not Danish. I fell in love with it, so I had to have one of my own.It's expensive but so stunningly beautiful. The switch is an old-fashioned mechanical fail-proof device - no lights or choosing temperature options, but simple and clean. Doesn't beep, boils quickly, turns off by itself. Worth the money.
