Can you list the ingredients? I can't find them.

All of the different bouillons' ingredients are listed on the Better than Bouillon website. They are easy to find. I love this product and have purchased every single type.

Can I freeze half the jar for later use?

I dont see why not. It never occurred to me to freeze some.
