hi can i use this for cover my grey hair ,how long do i need to keep it,is it turn to black colour or red?can i mix it with strong tea?

As you are covering greys what colour hair do you have to begin with and what colour do you want to get?After applying henna your grays will become a copper orange colour. If you constantly use henna over this colour without any other colour it will eventually become red.Here are some pointers but instructions are inside packet:If you have white hair and want to get black you will have to put henna on first (make sure you mix it overnight with lemon juice or something acidic for dye release; it will be naturally lumpy when first mixed, a bit like mash potatoes but once left overnight and stirred the next day it should be very smooth).  Yes, you can mix with tea or coffee and others have done so.  After henna is left on for about 2 hours (can be less, an hour should still work but the longer the better) wash out and then mix indigo and apply, leave indigo on for about 45mins to an hour which will give you black hair.  If longer than an hour you can end up with jet black hair. To get any shade of brown depends on the quantities as well as length of time left on hair so to get dark brown use 1/3 henna to 2/3 indigo and leave on hair for about 30 mins or longer to develop; to get light brown use 2/3 henna and 1/3 indigo and leave on for around 15 mins. If you wanted to have an in-between brown then it would be 50% henna 50% indigo. The more percentage of henna to indigo the lighter the colour towards browns and the more percentage of indigo to henna the darker the colour towards black. With this method (mixing henna and indigo together) you can leave on longer to get desired colour but just check after this time to see if colour is what you want.  NOTE: Some people do end up with ginger hair doing the one way method first from straight gray/white hair so you might want to do the 2 way method which is to put henna on first, wash out and then put indigo on for the desired 15 mins (light brown) or 30 mins (dark brown).Just to point out if dyeing hair for the first time gray hair can be stubborn so you might have to do it once or twice before it takes but you can add a tsp of salt to indigo to make it take quicker.  Because this is a natural product it works differently on everyone's hair so colours cannot be guaranteed but by experimenting and frequent use you will get used to knowing what works for your hair. If painted on nails, would this give it a dark brown colour?

Hello no not instantly it will be an orange brown (not bright orange). It does get darker as the days go on and you can re-apply again to get darker. You would have to mix indigo in to get a more instant dark brown. Just to also say that henna on top of henna in time becomes red.

Does the colour run when hair gets wet?

No. Lots runs off when the initial application is rinsed off but further washes don't give noticeably coloured rinses. It does wash out over time, so there must be some colour in further rinse water, but it isn't really noticeable.
