Synology - underpowered hardwares
All Synology NAS using scrapped CPUs. Installation of DSM software easy but very poor facilities and features. 60% of Apps are just for costly back up of the NAS to another cloud only. Very poor indexing, thumbnail and media facility. Local streams are fairly good, but remote streaming worst. No support for best DLNA player -Twonkey server. Inbuilt media DLNA worst in class.

Great product, fast delivery
Arrived earlier than planned. Great product i would recommend for any home user. My previous worked for more than a decade and this one looks it will do the same after a few days of testing.
