I use daily and appreciate it being organic! It lasts a long time which is wonderful, so I don't have to order as frequently. Quality is spot on. There is just a hint of sweet, so perfect in my coffee every morning. Dissolves easily with no issues. I like to keep it in a mason jar to avoid any moisture creeping in, as it will cause it to get sticky. A brand I trust!

If you check the ingredients on some Inulin products, it has SUGAR in it.. This product has NO SUGAR.. It is pure. I have purchased it twice so far... Very happy..
