Great, natural, non-narcotic sleep aid
One of the best natural sleep aids I've ever taken, and I've tried em all. Deep, regenerative sleep and no drowsy feeling in the morning. I combine it w/Magnesium Threonate. It's kicks in quickly, I take it 30 mins before bed. I don't take it every night to maintain maximum effectiveness.

This is the missing nutrient for me
This was the missing ingredient from my sleep stack. Sleep quality has improved with much better latency and efficiency. Now if I could find the magical nutrient to minimize my tossing and turning. I'm currently taking 1 capsule an hour and a half before bedtime. Slight bit of grogginess in the morning but quickly passes. Very small capsule with no funky smell.
