Silicone Body Mount Kit for 2008-2016 Ford F-250 F-350 Crew Cab Superior Silicone Cab Mount Bushings Improve Bumpy Ride Durable Components Outperforms OEM and PU Mounts (Red 8 Pack)

I installed these as an upgrade over the deteriorated OE bushings on a 2015 f250. This kit includes all 8 bushings as needed for the 4-door full size cab truck (6 under the cab and 2 under the radiator). Removal of the factory bushings can be tedious, be sure to watch some "how to" videos first! Once the old bushings (or what was left of them) were removed, the new ones installed perfectly in less than an hour. The rough ride and rattle-and-knock sound that these trucks are famous for, is now gone. The truck cab sits at its correct height in relation to the bed and rides very nicely now. You will need to reuse the original bolts, so make sure not to lose or damage them. The finished product looks great and functions well too. These appear to be very well made, fit and finish is excellent, and I expect these to last the life of the truck.

Life was busy and I went for a long time with a noisy truck. It kind of sneaks up on you. One day you just realize how loud the truck is, going over bumps. After doing the research I chose silicone body mounts. The OEM mounts just disintegrated to nothing and were very expensive to replace. Reports say polyurethane is noisy and wears out quickly and this isn't a job you want to do on a regular basis. The job was a bear but not because of the product. The mounts were perfect. Use the torch to heat the bolts for about a minute to melt the threadlock and be prepared to crank the bolts long and hard, and don't use an impact. You will understand why they use cage nuts and the bolts with the slanted tip when you reinstall the mounts. You need the movement to realign the body since it moves slightly when you lift it. Two of the bolts had red threadlock which is considered the high strength formula. I don't know why the factory used red but I installed all the bolts back with blue. The bolts were so hard to remove that I can't imagine them falling out by themselves. One front bolt did strip the cage nut. You can get to it by removing a few fasteners to pull back the inner fiber wheel well fender and use a deep 22mm socket. Even though I cleaned the red threadlock off the bolt, that one required more than the 76lbs of torque to reinstall it. I just cranked it until the compression looked right. I have no experience with durability as they have just been installed but I'm 70 and hope I don't have to do this job again in my lifetime. The ride was fantastic compared to the day before. I also noticed that you don't feel as much of the road through the steering wheel now. I won't wait so long to do this job next time.

Easy install, great fit on my 2010 f250 I did soak them good with pb blaster brand silicon base, before install to help with squeaking been on 4 weeks now and no issues. Would highly recommend this product.

Fast shipping. I got these today and I have not installed them yet but they appear to be good quality. Just know that they, at least to me are more of an orange than red. I'm not a fan. Here is a comparison in the pictures to a gas can.

Great replacement for my 2012 F350. The stock ones were shot, cab was 1" or so off, getting the old ones out were a pain, but man did these fix those issues. For the price these are amazing replacements, better then the stock ones!

Looks, fits, and works great!

Great product, my truck rides so much better and no more thuds like I’m driving on potholes. The trick for removal was using my heat gun on the old bolts and turning them with a wrench not an impact gun. I did apply a lot of heat and noticed the more heat, the easier removal.

Just buy the S&B. Bought these to save a few bucks. Silicon bushing don’t sit right within the cups when torqued to spec. Vibration noise now heard from inside cab at idle. What I get for trying to save a few bucks. Again just buy the S&Bs

They are to small for the hole in the bracket needs to be 2 inch spigot (sloppy in the hole) and when you pull them down they just keep flatening out not happy
