**Q: can anyone tell me thier experiance with this item , what it helped  etc**
A: I was somewhat sceptical but my sinuses and catarrh were so bad I decided to give them a go. I followed the dosage closely and after a few days realised I'd missed a couple of doses, and the reason was, my symptoms (ie gunky catarrh, bunged up nose, etc) were gone! It was such a relief. Of course, there's no guarantee that it will work for everyone, but I really think they are worth a try. I still have more than half a tub left over.

**Q: How many tablets  am i getting per bottle**

**Q: What age is this for?**
A: The instructions on the container say children to 12 years half dose and it gives the adult dose. I would not give them to very young children.

**Q: Do you take these tablets with water ?**
A: No, you just put them on your tongue and they dissolve. Really hassle-free!

Well 😊 I suffer with sinus 😔 and mucus in my nose and throat all the time I will not have the sinus operation 😔 it sound too bad for years I have suffered pain bad head 😭 I've used every nasil spray that otrivine do !!!! That doesn't work then I went on to sinutab it was ok but omg !!!!!!!! The lady that said they help you were so correct 💯 since I've been taking these little bad boys wow I wake up with clear nose not coughing no headache no pain no thick guitar at the back of my throat you can probably tell I'm obviously a smoker these are completely changed my life and I will be getting them from now on please try them I'm not just saying it they're amazing life changing!!!!!!!!!!
