I opened it and lined my pond, filled it with water, added my fish and within 3 hours they all died** A: The pond water needs to be dechlorinated and have some beneficial bacteria added. The fish need time to adjust by placing the water and bag they are in into the pond for 30 minutes or so for the temperatures to equalize. Maybe all of that was done but your question didn't relay it. The short answer is the fish suffered shock of some kind. ## Frequently Bought Together - Adroiteet 10 x 15 FT Pond Liner, 20 Mil Fish Pond HDPE Liner, Pond Liners for Outdoor Ponds, Koi Ponds, Garden Fountain, Waterfall - Nashua 3 in x 15 ft Aqua-Seal Waterproof Tape in Black - REKVEN - 10 x 15 Feet Pond Liner Underlayment Non Woven Geotextile with 15 U-Pins --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.is/products/520250389-adroiteet-10-x-15-ft-pond-liner-20-mil-fish](https://www.desertcart.is/products/520250389-adroiteet-10-x-15-ft-pond-liner-20-mil-fish) --- *Product available on Desertcart Iceland* *Store origin: IS* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
