Got these as I couldn't find the original keys and they work a treat. Very easy to fit, they look and work just fine but are not the same quality as the original, but at this price, what do you expect. They do the job. After installing them, I found my original Thule keys... typical.

Master key didn’t fit my prorides, but managed to get old locks out with a paper clip. Lock barrels fit a dream.

I was resigned to the fact I had lost a lot of money by losing the keys to my bike rack I saw this and thought; well for less than a fiver it’s worth a go Reading the reviews I was sceptical but am happy to report a resounding success. The master key is difficult to insert especially as the rack was not fastened but this is a lock so do expect to have to fiddle a bit and ensure the master key is all the way in and then the old lock just pops out New lock again a little fiddling will get it inserted and that’s it job done Now I don’t write reviews normally but felt compelled to put my thoughts down as I am so impressed Male, UK, late 50s, size 7, overweight, no banana for scale

Master key didn't fit or open existing locks. Therfore item was unfit for purpose. Amazon provided a full refund. Not recommended

Quality isn’t great but they do the job

Straight fit for my summit roof bars whose locks suffer from the keys getting stuck inside. These work absolutely perfectly. No doubt they fit brand originally designed for too, this type of lock is pretty universal.

Not for advanced roof boxes - these are for other Thule products. If you’re looking to replace a lock cylinder on your roofbox, do not buy this product. Neither the master key or the locks are correct

Great budget locks. Fit well and will do the same job as the genuine product. There were no instructions included but easy installation.

I bought these to replace the plastic cores on my new Hyundai roof racks, which I think are made by Thule. They work great! It was easy to pop out the old plastic cores and insert the locking cores. They didn't come with instructions though, but one of the pictures on this Amazon page shows how to install them. You have to insert them with the silver "master" key already inside. Once they're inserted, remove the master key, then use one of the two regular keys to twist it to the lock position.

They fit perfectly and work seamlessly with Thule bike racks and roof racks. Easy to install and reliable, they offer excellent value. Compared to the original Thule lock cores, this one does the same job for a much better price! A great budget-friendly alternative!!

Had to work a vit to get the old ones out since I lost the key. A bit of work to install the new ones but they work perfectly as described. I definitely recommend these.

I’ve seen a few negative reviews from people stating that the cores don’t fit because the brass tab is too long. I thought this might be the case at first as well, but then realized the problem. The brass tab is what holds the core into place once the the lock is installed, and it must first be depressed into the core in order to install it. The reset key depresses all the tumbler tabs but gets hung up and doesn’t depress the brass tab as it should. You must use your finger to depress the brass tab as you slide the reset key into the core to eliminate this issue. Once you do this the cores fit perfectly and function just as well as the Thule brand cores.
