I use this for my bicep training and quads. I get a crazy pump with these bands its crazyyyy. The material is great and doesn’t irritate your skin. The packaging is nice and it comes with a bag to keep all the bands in so you don’t have to search through your gym bag for them. I love these and will be part of my everyday training! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well made and do what they promise to do. *by D***Y on July 4, 2018* I mostly do whole body "functional" (yes, I know) exercise rather than bodybuilding but lately I've started doing one day/week of bodybuilding suspension exercise. That day is Wednesday and the bands arrived yesterday (Tuesday). I wore them for the squatting, curl and triceps press exercises. It's been a while since I focused on getting a pump on my guns and was very pleased at my arms getting "swole" I'm late 60s so getting a good workout without injuring myself has become important. On my other training days kettlebells and sandbags I think I'll do the finishers in the ebook with the bands on those days since they have no specific arms work. Using these seems quite promising based upon my initial use.Time will tell how the flexible (stretch) bands wear over time, it's too early to evaluate that. They do seem to be of good quality so I am optimistic about that. All in all I'm quite happy with them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Insane amount of pump and it's comfortable. *by Z***E on April 3, 2018* These bands provide an insane amount of pump with low weights. I tried with 10 lbs weight with 30 reps, 30 seconds break, 15 reps, 30 seconds break. I could feel the same pump with a 30 lbs weight. It may take up to 6 - 8 weeks to notice any difference in the mass. I'll update after 2 months. These bands are comfortable as well.
