These insoles really deliver! I have really enjoyed the support and value of these insoles. They are much heavier than the ones that come in shoes when new. I have truly pain free walking now.

At first they hurt, then I got used to them. Eventually I wasn't even sure if they were doing anything. Finally, I bought a new pair of shoes without these in them and instantly I could tell how much I needed the Valsole Heavy Duty Support. A+ 5-stars and so on! These have made a pretty big difference in my arch and walking comfort. I still have some plantar fasciitis in my foot but less than I used to and I think these have really helped with that.

It had gotten to the point where even short distances were uncomfortable, and walking barefoot was out of the question. Positives: Sizing was accurate and easy to match to my shoes. They fit well without needing trimming or adjustment. Immediate pain reduction. From the first day of use, I noticed a significant decrease in heel pain while walking. Real improvement over time. After about a week of consistent use, the heel pain was essentially gone. Unexpected bonus: I can now walk barefoot with little to no pain, which I honestly didn’t expect. Very reasonable price for the level of support and relief they provide. These insoles provided real structural support rather than just cushioning, and that made a noticeable difference. They worked well enough that I’ll be ordering additional pairs for my other shoes so I don’t have to keep swapping them out. The only thing I can’t fully comment on yet is long-term durability, as I haven’t had them long enough to see how they hold up over time—but so far, they’re performing very well. Hello Friends. Been working in the construction industry for over 30 years now. Mostly on cranes now, but enjoy walking our sites before start times and during breaks just to keep fit. Have spent a small fortune on high end name brand work boots and insoles trying to find a comfortable boot I can wear all day. These insoles have been a GREAT FIND to say the least. Was surprised at the firmness at first, and had my doubts, but once my feet got used to the feel of these insoles, the magic happened. My boots go on at 3:30 am and don't come off my feet till about 9:00 pm when I finally get home from the jobsite. My feet no longer hurt. My boots feel great. My bank account loves them as well. Well worth trying Friends.
